Description:
Originally named New Comiskey Park it was renamed after a sponsorship deal was made in 2001. The money from that deal was taken into the modernization of the park that replaced old Comiskey Park in 1991, the same year that Camden Yard in Baltimore started the retro era in Baseball. Having missed that trend, the park was never really liked by White Sox fans. Since 2000 the White Sox are on a modernization plan for the park and put a lot of money and work in it. The biggest change went into the upper level where they cut off the last rows to make the whole place look smaller.
The seating in the park is pretty close to the action. On the main concourse you can walk around the whole field and never loose touch to the game.
